Self Represented Clients

We offer process serving to the general public and self represented individuals. We can serve provincial family court documents, supreme court civil and family documents, small claims, subpoenas and more.

• We need to know who is being served:
   
  • name and nicknames
  • age
  • distinguishing features; tattoos, scars, piercings
  • home address; work address; other occupants of the home
  • phone numbers
  • vehicle(s) driven
  • work/home schedule

• We need to know what documents you have.  Make a list of the name of the documents.
   
• We need to know if there are any deadlines or looming court dates.
   
• We would appreciate a photograph of the person being served – check Facebook?

• We are not lawyers, we can only answer questions about the service of your documents.

Please send us an email with a copy of the documents (pdf format please) for service and as much contact information for the party being served as possible and we will get you a quote for service.
