We offer process serving to the general public, Lawyers and anyone in the legal field. We can serve provincial family court documents, supreme court civil and family documents, small claims, subpoenas and more. Get in touch with us to see how we can help.
 

• We need to know who is being served: 
  • name and nicknames
  • age
  • distinguishing features; tattoos, scars, piercings
  • home address; work address; other occupants of the home
  • phone numbers
  • vehicle(s) driven
  • work/home schedule
  • photo (if possible)
     
• We can provide witness fess or conduct money on your behalf.
• Please include any deadlines or looming court dates, Rush Service is available.
• Payment for service can be made by e-transfer or cheque. Payments by credit card will have service fee added.
